Our sizing runs true to UK standards, with special options available for fuller bust dresses. Each product page includes detailed measurements (bust, waist, hips) to help you find your perfect fit. When in doubt between sizes, we recommend sizing up for bodycon styles and corset pieces.
Do you offer plus sizes?
Absolutely! We believe glamour comes in all sizes. Our fuller bust dresses and select styles are available in extended sizing – look for the “plus size” filter when browsing our collections.

Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide to empower fashionistas everywhere! (Some Asian and remote regions may be excluded – you’ll see this at checkout if applicable). All orders begin their journey from our Bristol boutique.
What are my shipping options?

Standard Express (£12.95): Premium courier via DHL/FedEx (10-15 days after processing)
Free Shipping: Economy service via EMS for orders £50+ (15-25 days after processing)
How long until I receive my order?
All orders take 1-2 business days to process before shipping. Then:
– Express: 10-15 days delivery
– Free shipping: 15-25 days delivery

Will I have to pay customs fees?

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
We offer 15-day returns from delivery date. Items must be unworn, with tags attached, in original packaging. Simply email [email protected] to initiate your return. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. International refunds may take additional time to appear in your account.
Can I exchange an item?
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. For a different size or color, please return the original item (following our return policy) and place a new order. This ensures you get your new piece as quickly as possible!
