Glam Tip: All returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

How to Return or Exchange

Step 1: Request Your Return/Exchange

  • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer refund or exchange

Step 2: Wait for Approval

We’ll respond within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends) with your return authorization and shipping instructions.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Once approved, send your return to:

Please include your order number and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number provided in our email.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

We’ll process your request within 3-5 business days after receiving your return. See below for refund details.

Refund Details

Your glam refund will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Details

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive your return
  • Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed
  • Free shipping on your exchanged item

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following glam essentials:

  • Bralets
  • Bodysuits
  • Final sale items (clearly marked)

International Returns

Our global glam squad can return items too! Please note:

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
  • Refunds will be in GBP and may vary slightly due to exchange rates
